CSQR REPORT FORMAT When the on-site review is completed, the review team members gather at 360 Colborne to generate the Charter School Quality Review report. Once the convenor has written a draft of the report, the team reconvenes to validate its content. The improved version of the report is then shared with the school administrator and, if the administrator chooses, a few key individuals from the school. The final report is then prepared to be shared with the charter school's stakeholders, members of the Saint Paul Public Schools' superintendency and the Saint Paul Public Schools' Board of Education.
